Blanc Sceol
We are Blanc Sceol, an artist duo who work site-responsively with sound, listening and performance, often at the intersection of creative and community engagement in conservation and ecology. We explore healing modalities as tools for collective transformation. Our work is a spiral within the space-time continuum. Since 2018 the Channelsea river in London has become a key collaborator, through the foundation of Surge Cooperative, moorings and conservation coop. Our artistic work has become entwined with this river work, and our listening & sounding practices have opened new approaches to conservation.
