Graduated from Sciences Po Rennes and Sciences Po Lyon in “Strategy of international cultural exchanges”, Céline joined the Relais Culture Europe team in January 2020. She accompanies the operators on Creative Europe, more particularly on the MEDIA part of the program. She has worked for several years in the field of cinema and audiovisual: festival, production, distribution and in artistic agency.
